Fuel movement

Fuel accounting rests on two sources: the fuel company’s report on cards and the readings entered into waybills. The first is imported from a file, the second is entered by the dispatcher.

Importing the card report

1. Open Fuel movement → Fuel card data import.
2. Pick the report type — it decides how the file is parsed.
3. Set the period: start date and end date.
4. Choose the Data file and press Upload report.

Where to see the result

• Fuel movement → Statistics — refuelling by card for the period, with an Excel export.
• Directories → Fuel cards — card number, name, holder and validity dates.
